Foot Orthoses Supplies. Firm PQ heel wedge in 3mm thickness (approx. 1/8") in small, medium or large with leather-like cover.  Placed internally at the heel to improve heel position relative to pronated or supinated foot conditions.  Can also be added to the 6 or 9 mm lifts for correction.
